NOTE 6 - Development Stage Company
The Company has no significant operations and is considered a development stage company and accordingly is accounted for as such under ASC 915. It is concentrating substantially all of its efforts in raising capital and searching for a business operation with which to merge, or assets to acquire, in order to generate significant operations.
